BrightUniversity failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8267-LWF-2557 placed with BrightUniversity on January 7, 1977. I paid $343.53 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jeanette B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
