I purchased a accessory from BrightUniversity on January 4, 2023. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Liliana E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
