I purchased a plan from Learning of Growth Ltd. on July 18, 2009. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Emory G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
