Quality issues with Land Investments product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3281-FNM-7580 placed with Land Investments on February 23, 1986. I paid $802.65 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maegan J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
