Quality issues with Justice & Counsel International product

I want to report a serious concern with Justice & Counsel International's system that I purchased on August 17, 1996 from your North Berry, Missouri store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Westley L., but my issue remains unresolved.
