Justice & Counsel International refused to address issue

On July 12, 2017, I signed up for Justice & Counsel International's installation service at their South Trisha, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $793.51, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Carlotta G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
