Unresolved issue with School of Growth Holdings product

On September 6, 2019, I signed up for School of Growth Holdings's support package at their Port Katlynnview, Florida location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $936.8, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Edward R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
