I purchased a solution from NanoDev Intelligence on November 9, 2016. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jaycee R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
