I am writing regarding order #ORD-6387-VOM-6695 placed with First Outlet Avenue International on September 13, 2000. I paid $547.80 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jordi H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
