I purchased a accessory from WellHealing on November 18, 1995. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jefferey C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
