Billing dispute with Classic Group

I purchased a solution from Classic Group on October 13, 1997. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kailyn G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
