Misleading advertising by Justice Group, Group Enterprises

On February 14, 2015, I signed up for Justice Group, Group Enterprises's customer support at their North Eda, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $662.43, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Johnson V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
