I want to report a serious concern with Organic & Culinary's solution that I purchased on August 23, 2022 from your East Susieton, Ohio store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Arnulfo K., but my issue remains unresolved.
