False promises made by Superior Domain Puebla representative

On February 6, 2008, I signed up for Superior Domain Puebla's maintenance program at their North Wallaceborough, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $181.28, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Brook D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
