Academic Learning Ltd. provided defective product

On December 7, 1985, I signed up for Academic Learning Ltd.'s setup assistance at their New Leslyburgh, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $32.5, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Florencio M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
