I have been a loyal customer of Optimal Diagnostic Inc. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-4538-KGD-1591) on May 22, 1995, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
