Unresolved issue with ChoiceMart product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6045-EKG-1965 placed with ChoiceMart on May 29, 1984. I paid $312.28 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Janis X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
