Overcharged by True Buy Express for service

On December 4, 2005, I signed up for True Buy Express's premium plan at their Klockochester, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $130.99, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lenora L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
