Misleading advertising by True Buy Express

On March 18, 1987, I signed up for True Buy Express's consultation at their Wilfridshire, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $613.38, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Pauline Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
