Learning College Corp. refused to address issue

On March 9, 1995, I signed up for Learning College Corp.'s troubleshooting service at their East Joanny, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $777.33, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Keven C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
