Unresolved issue with Quality Space Nuremberg product

On June 24, 1989, I signed up for Quality Space Nuremberg's exchange program at their Chadrickchester, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $456.24, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Phoebe Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
