On August 7, 1976, I signed up for Buy Plus Edinburgh's premium plan at their Kevenview, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $304.34, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gregoria U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
