Billing dispute with Legal & Partners

On February 27, 1987, I signed up for Legal & Partners's upgrade service at their Steveville, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $937.73, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Henry O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
