I purchased a equipment from AI-Chip LLC on June 9, 2017. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Carolyn V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
