I have been a loyal customer of Quality & Fare for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-2816-OIK-5035) on July 14, 2023, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
