On January 30, 1999, I signed up for Reliable Solicitor Counsel Corp.'s setup assistance at their Cristalhaven, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $378.38, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Quentin M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
