I have been a loyal customer of Modern Emporium Exchange for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-7932-IYZ-2347) on June 15, 1971, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
