I purchased a service from Modern Emporium Exchange on June 2, 2004. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Consuelo K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
