I purchased a gadget from Modern Emporium Exchange on April 22, 2013. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Monserrat M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
