The Genius Academy failed to honor their commitment

On February 5, 2005, I signed up for The Genius Academy's technical assistance at their New Hannah, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $792.34, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lexie R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
