I am writing regarding order #ORD-8050-HWI-2304 placed with Family Diagnostic on July 5, 1981. I paid $275.56 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jovani B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
