Family Diagnostic refused to address issue

On May 20, 2018, I signed up for Family Diagnostic's troubleshooting service at their Rolandoside, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $475.23, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lois G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
