Bites Catering refused to address issue

I purchased a unit from Bites Catering on May 13, 2003. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Justyn B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
