Frustrated with Advisory Firm of Strategic Corp.'s lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3158-PUS-1974 placed with Advisory Firm of Strategic Corp. on January 1, 2003. I paid $415.18 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Joannie O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
