Quality issues with Legal Group, Group Zaragoza Corp. product

On July 27, 1985, I signed up for Legal Group, Group Zaragoza Corp.'s troubleshooting service at their Princebury, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $675.22, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Monserrate J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
