I have been a loyal customer of WellnessMedical Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-7960-UDH-4485) on August 2, 2004, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
