On April 13, 1995, I signed up for Vital Associates Yishun Ltd.'s warranty service at their New Adaport, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $69.97, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jonas Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
