Warranty claim denied by Strong Craft & Sons New York

On June 17, 2012, I signed up for Strong Craft & Sons New York's maintenance program at their Jarenberg, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $446.82, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vincenza H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
