I have been a loyal customer of Advanced Construction Specialists for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-2119-XOX-3946) on June 14, 1974, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
