Delayed delivery from Kitchen & Creations Inc.

On April 13, 2020, I signed up for Kitchen & Creations Inc.'s troubleshooting service at their Thielville, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $223.3, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Linnie X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
