I am writing regarding order #ORD-3035-DRN-3093 placed with The Well Doctor Solutions on February 20, 2025. I paid $561.22 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ryan I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
