I purchased a item from TrueEmporium on March 24, 2009. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Judson I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
