Poor customer service experience with EasyShop

I want to report a serious concern with EasyShop's subscription that I purchased on April 10, 1992 from your Port Kayden, Montana store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ettie G., but my issue remains unresolved.
