Misleading advertising by Homemade Appetite LLC

I want to report a serious concern with Homemade Appetite LLC's package that I purchased on January 15, 1997 from your Bernierside, Idaho store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Mossie N., but my issue remains unresolved.
