Homemade Appetite LLC failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2738-ERU-3966 placed with Homemade Appetite LLC on May 21, 1998. I paid $439.61 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Stone X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
