Defense Consultants of Just refused to address issue

On May 13, 2014, I signed up for Defense Consultants of Just's installation service at their Jaskolskihaven, California location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $703.83, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Camron L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
