Unresolved issue with Defense Consultants of Just product

On November 22, 1971, I signed up for Defense Consultants of Just's installation service at their East Abbey, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $389.9, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Amya Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
