CyberCore Corp. failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9138-QWF-6991 placed with CyberCore Corp. on October 25, 2014. I paid $851.68 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Shanny V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
