I have been a loyal customer of Land of Luxury Kota Kinabalu Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-2928-IWO-5763) on June 11, 1987, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
