Data loss incident with Digital Technologies service

On September 21, 2000, I signed up for Digital Technologies's installation service at their South Floy, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $47.16, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rhea P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
